In this role, Marino will leverage his extensive background in the federal industry to lead sales efforts for dataguise and increase the company's leadership in the government sector.
Under Marino's guidance, dataguise will expand its sales force and senior technical staff with a dedicated team located in the Washington, D.C. area -- a hub for top government agencies and prospective customers for dataguise in the public sector.

Marino brings more than 30 years of Information Technology sales and senior management success to dataguise, with over 15 years of experience focused specifically on the federal government market. Prior to dataguise, Marino was VP of Federal Sales for Vignette, an enterprise software company, where he managed the nationwide federal sales efforts. During his tenure, Marino secured the largest single license sale in the federal government for the company in 2009.
Prior to joining Vignette, Marino served as the Federal Systems Group Branch Manager for Information Builders, providers of business intelligence and enterprise integration software, where he increased growth by 25 percent year over year in new accounts and software licenses to key Federal Department of Defense, intelligence and civilian agencies.
Marino's previous management positions include tenure as Deputy Program Manager for SAIC and Regional Sales Manager for Sybase Federal. For more than 20 years, Marino held positions at NCR and AT&T both in direct sales and sales management in their Federal and Commercial Group.
