On 26 April 2009, AS Ekspress Grupp's subsidiary UAB Ekspress Leidyba and Hearst Communications, Inc. signed a Licence Agreement, which grants UAB Ekspress Leidyba the right for five years to publish the international women's magazine Cosmopolitan in Lithuania. UAB Ekspress Leidyba is one of the leading magazine publishers in Lithuania, with a product portfolio of 9 monthly publications. The target group of Cosmopolitan magazine is 20-30 year-old women and the main themes include career, relationships and beauty. The Lithuanian-language Cosmopolitan complements the list of publications published by the company, which now includes magazines for women of all ages. The first issue of the monthly magazine will be published in June of this year. Cosmopolitan has 59 international editions and the magazine is distributed in more than 100 countries.
