As Director of Compliance, Wizceb will oversee and direct HR Plus's compliance initiatives, including compliance with FCRA and all State and local regulations applying to the background checking industry, including relevant data privacy laws.
Prior to joining HR Plus, Wizceb served as Senior Compliance Officer in the affinity loan program for HSBC where she was responsible for all federal and state regulatory changes for which she managed to ensure compliance. A compliance professional with an extensive credit industry background, Wizceb has broad experience with private label credit cards, unsecured loans and home equity products. Wizceb received a bachelor's degree in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago.
