Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. Commences Charity Events Campaign

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - May 7, 2010) - Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ) announced today, that its Sosua Bay Grand Casino Location has initiated its charity campaign and will hold its first event on June 17, 2010. CEO Steven Swank stated, "Most all Charities have a Casino Night fund raiser, but I don't see many casinos bringing the Casino Night to the Charities. Famous cities have been built upon casinos, it is important to take care of the people and city we work within."

The campaign will offer charity organizations the opportunity to hold their Casino Night fund raising events at the Sosua Bay Grand Casino for free. The casino will use play money chips, be staffed based upon the number of reservations the charity has and offer training to inexperienced players. Each event will be held 2 hours previous to the casino opening. The events can then be extended with real money play upon formal operating hours.

Mr. Swank continued, "The Dominican Republic is a growing nation and appears to be a safe haven for people to move to as the credit crisis continues its domino effect and taxes increase throughout other countries. We want to help build upon the foundation of this country's continued improvements by helping with charity events."
