The share capital increase related to the public offering of the shares of AS Ekspress Grupp (the “Company”), which ended on 3 May 2010, was registered in the Commercial Register on 11 May 2010. The registered share capital of the Company is now EEK 297 968 410 (EUR 19 043 652) divided into 29 796 841 shares with the nominal value of EEK 10 (EUR 0.64) per share.
