AS Ekspress Grupp has redeemed 1000 Bonds (ISIN code EE3300105287) with the issue price EUR 1000 each and the interest rate 10% a year. The Bonds have been duly and entirely redeemed by AS Ekspress Grupp by way of substitution with 1 194 185 shares (ISIN code EE3804016964) of AS Ekspress Grupp for EUR 0.88 per share. In this regard, the redeemed bonds have been deleted from the Estonian Central Register of Securites.
