(NVAE) Nova Energy, Inc. and Savanna East Africa LTD Announce Acquisition Campaign Advances in Kenya


DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - May 26, 2010) -  Nova Energy, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NVAE) (OTCQB: NVAE) today announced releasing an acquisition campaign update Webcast presentation available for on-demand review at www.novaei.com. The Webcast provides an update on the Company's acquisition pipeline, including acquisitions the Company plans on closing in this quarter. Nova has a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities to support both its expanded business plan in East Africa as well as its oil reclamation strategy.

East Africa Acquisition Pipeline Update
Recently, Nova announced finalizing a letter of intent (LOI) and corresponding escrow agreement in the planned acquisition of Palm Healthcare International LTD by Savanna East Africa LTD. Savanna East Africa LTD was formed to facilitate acquisition and business development in that region. Nova has plans to change its corporate name to Savanna East Africa, Inc. as soon as reasonably possible.

The Webcast also provides updates on other potential acquisitions in East Africa to include a systems integration candidate.

Oil Reclamation Business Progress
The Webcast released today further reviews progress Nova has made in the revitalization of its oil reclamation business line, to include the recent acquisition of drilling assets and a pipeline of potential oil producing property acquisitions.

Greenfield Partnership Program Update
Additionally, the Webcast discusses Nova's involvement in the Greenfield Partnership Program that was introduced last year by NewMarket Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWMT). 

Nova is currently participating in a trade mission and Greenfield Partners CEO conference in Shanghai this week hosted by China Crescent Enterprises, Inc.
