Kerttu Metsar has been appointed as the additional mebmer of the Management Board of AS Delfi

On 1 March 2010, the Supervisory Board of AS Delfi  decided to call back
members of the Management Board Jurga Eivaite and Juris Mendzins and to
appoint Kerttu Metsar as the additional member of the Management Board.  
AS Delfi's former Development Director Kerttu Metsar will in addition to
development management of  Delfi Estonia, now carry out activites to promote
business of the entire Delfi Group. 

Jurga Eivaite will continue as the Management Board member of the regional Delfi
subsidiary in Lithuania and Juris Mendzins will continue as the Management
Board member of the regional Delfi subsidiary in Latvia. 

Kerttu Metsar does not own any shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
