TimeBridge Establishes Gold Standard for Customer Care With Live Support and New VP of Customer Service


BERKELEY, CA--(Marketwire - June 2, 2010) -  TimeBridge, the service that helps busy professionals schedule and run great meetings, today announced that it has added Live Support to trouble-shoot and walk through any scheduling or technical questions customers might have. Further, the company announced the promotion of Tomer Ben-Dor to Vice President of Customer Service and Quality Assurance.

Live Support is a chat feature that connects users with a virtual help-desk to trouble-shoot and walk through any questions or issues a meeting organizer might have.
