All assets and Intellectual Property developed by ADBI will be transferred into the newly-formed Centriforce. ADBI will provide managerial and financial support to Centriforce so that it may continue developing its core technology.
ADBI will continue its plan to operate as a holding company to analyze potential investments and acquisitions in green energy industries, emerging technologies and other growing markets.
