Hansen Holding A/S has been informed that our major shareholder, Financière Star 1 S.A., has granted a total of 156,211 options to the members of the executive board to purchase shares in Chr. Hansen Holding A/S from Financière Star 1 S.A. as stated in the offering memorandum dated 19 May 2010. Each share option may, subject to the person still being employed with Chr. Hansen, be exercised to purchase one existing share in Chr. Hansen Holding A/S at an exercise price of DKK 1 in the period 31 May 2012 - 31 December 2012.
