CableWholesale's New Building Almost Finished

Company to Occupy New Livermore Facility in August

LIVERMORE, CA--(Marketwire - July 22, 2010) -  CableWholesale, an online marketer of quality, cost-effective cables and components, will move into its new facility at 1200 Voyage Street, Livermore, next month. The company had the new 30,000-sq.ft. building built to its specifications, to facilitate expected growth and expansion.

"We wanted to stay in Livermore, but we really couldn't find a suitable building," said Sharon Jiang, founder and president. "We realized that, with mortgage rates so low, it costs about the same to build as to lease. And by building, we are getting a more efficient facility."

Among other advantages, the new facility will enable CableWholesale to expand its ability to develop custom cables and accessories locally, reducing lead time.

CableWholesale has been leasing a building in Livermore, and previously had operations in Union City, Pleasanton and Cupertino. The company employs about two dozen people in Livermore and at its auxiliary distribution center in Norcross, Georgia. CableWholesale has been consistently profitable and never had a layoff in its 10-year history.
