Final Keynote Speaker Announced for Fifth Annual Kenexa World Conference

Beckman Coulter Executive, Bob Hurley, to Share Story of Company's Cultural and Human Resources Transformation

WAYNE, PA--(Marketwire - August 5, 2010) -  Kenexa (NASDAQ: KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today announced that Bob Hurley, Chairman of Beckman Coulter Japan and Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Beckman Coulter, will join best-selling author Malcolm Gladwell and other notable presenters as a keynote speaker at the upcoming 2010 Kenexa World Conference. Happening Tuesday, September 21 through Thursday, September 23, 2010, in Philadelphia, Pa., the Kenexa World Conference will give companies the information they need to transform HR and move from potential to performance.

The addition of Hurley rounds out the impressive speaker lineup for the event, which includes Malcolm Gladwell; Major General Donald M. Campbell, Jr., Commanding General of the United States Army Recruiting Command; Sam Fouad of Ernst & Young; and Peter Goerke of Zurich Insurance Company, Ltd.

During his presentation, "Transforming an Organization by Transforming Human Resources," Hurley will share how Beckman Coulter, a $2.6 billion global biomedical testing company, revolutionized its culture from a reactive, stodgy, no-growth company to one focused on innovation and achievement. He also will explore the integral role that human resources -- and Kenexa's award-winning solutions -- played in the transformation.

In his current role at Beckman Coulter, Hurley leads the worldwide human resources function and is responsible for the Japanese subsidiary, including commercial, R&D and manufacturing operations based in Japan. With extensive experience in human resources, line management and business development, he helped Beckman Coulter negotiate the successful acquisition of a $500 million chemistry diagnostics business based in Japan, rebuild the human resources function within Beckman Coulter, redesign the company's talent management and assessment processes, and lead a major restructuring of the corporation in response to the changing market environment. Prior to Beckman Coulter, Hurley served as vice president in a number of roles at Baxter International. He also served as a Captain in the United States Army and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Georgia.

The fifth annual Kenexa World Conference promises to transform HR through outliers, helping organizations move beyond potential to drive business performance. To reveal true human potential to improve business results, companies must identify and nurture high performers and create the right environment for them to thrive. Attendees of the conference will come to understand how the right individuals in the right environment lead to ultimate success.

The 2010 Kenexa World Conference will be held at The Sheraton Society Hill Hotel, One Dock Street, Philadelphia, Pa. For more information or to register, visit www.kenexa.com.
