Association of Energy Services Professionals (AESP) Announces CEO of Bonneville Power Administration to Keynote at its Fall Conference


PHOENIX, Aug. 12, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Administrator and CEO of Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) Steve Wright will give the keynote address at AESP's Fall Conference to be held October 4-7, 2010 in Portland, Oregon. The theme of the conference is "Bridging the Gap Between Demand Response and Energy Efficiency: Policies, Technologies and the Smart Grid."

Wright is responsible for BPA's strategic direction integrating renewables into the Northwest Power System, development of infrastructure to meet the growing power needs of the region, and supporting the largest Smart Grid research and development project in the U.S.

During his keynote presentation, Wright will discuss BPA's latest projects and emerging energy efficiency issues nationally and regionally.

AESP's Fall Conference will focus on the issues surrounding integrating demand response with energy efficiency.  It will bring together thought leaders who will inspire, challenge and educate the attendees on the latest programs, policies and technologies surrounding this issue.
