IDEX ASA ("IDEX") issues this notice on behalf of shareholder Charles Street International Limited ("CSIL").
CSIL has today acquired 38,353,558 shares in IDEX.
Following the transaction, CSIL holds 55,202,739 shares, corresponding to 25.7 per cent of the share capital and votes of IDEX as per the share capital registration announcement by IDEX on 28 October 2010.
