Offering both cloud and on-premise document management applications, IMMO-SYSTEMS joined the Nuxeo Galaxy program to bring a flexible, easy-to-integrate Java-based solution with workable pricing to its small to medium-sized enterprise. Its flagship product Espace is a document management solution offered as a hosted service (SaaS). The company is targeting businesses with less than 200 employees with the hosted solution. For larger organizations, IMMO-SYSTEMS offers the option of a dedicated server hosted in its datacenter or a server residing at the customer's premise.

Using Nuxeo Studio, IMMO-SYSTEMS can rapidly customize Nuxeo's products, including the Nuxeo Enterprise Platform and packaged applications such as Nuxeo DM (Document Management). In the near future, it will also support Nuxeo DAM (Digital Asset Management). Requiring minimal training, while also shaving development from days to hours and sometimes minutes, IMMO-SYSTEMS uses the Nuxeo Studio tool to perform tasks such as application branding, custom metadata, specific form fields and search form.
