(Nasdaq:CISG), (the "Company" or "CNinsure"), a leading independent insurance intermediary company operating in China, today announced that it will host an Analyst and Investor Day on Friday, December 10, in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China.

The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 2:30 p.m. It will feature a presentation from CNinsure's management, providing an update on the Company's growth strategies, an onsite visit to CNinsure's sales outlets and a tour to the office of Chengdu Jingshi Investment Co., Ltd., a strategic partner of CNinsure.
