Data Storage Corporation Expands Advisory Board With the Addition of Two More Industry Experts

Matthew Grover and Hal Schwartz Join Technology Company's Board of Advisors


GARDEN CITY, NY--(Marketwire - November 29, 2010) - Data Storage Corporation (DSC), a provider of data protection and business continuity solutions, today announced the appointments of two new members to its Board of Advisors. Matthew Grover and Hal Schwartz are the newest additions to the company's 10-person advisory team, which advises the DSC management team and Board of Directors on important strategic issues impacting the business.

Matthew Grover
Mr. Grover currently holds the position of Vice President, Sales Operations at Optimum Lightpath, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cablevision. Prior to joining Cablevision in 2002, Mr. Grover held various management positions over the course of nearly 10 years, including Vice President of Sales at North American Telecom, based in Westbury, N.Y.; Global Account Manager at AT&T in Los Angeles, Calif.; and District Sales Manager at AT&T in New York, N.Y. Mr. Grover earned a B.A. in economics from Stony Brook University and an M.B.A from the University of Southern California.

Hal Schwartz
As the founder of Systems Trading Incorporated, a technology leasing company established in 1997, Mr. Schwartz serves as the company's CEO and President. He also presently serves as the Vice President of ABC Services, an IBM Midrange Business Partner and service company which he cofounded in 1995. One of Mr. Schwartz's earliest professional achievements was establishing a lease asset sales division for CAC Leasing in 1991. This division was started shortly after he earned a bachelor's degree in business from California State University in San Bernardino.
