During the analyst and investor day, the management made thorough clarification and explanation to address various issues, including its gross margin structure, acquisition strategies and long-term growth and the scorecard system ("权益证 QuanYi Zheng" in Chinese, which should be literally translated as "Certificate of Incentive Rights" rather than "Equity Incentive Shares" which is absolutely misleading).
