Churchill Downs Incorporated Board of Directors Approves Annual Dividend


LOUISVILLE, Ky., Dec. 20, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The board of directors of Churchill Downs Incorporated ("CDI") (Nasdaq:CHDN) today declared an annual dividend of 50 cents per share on CDI's common stock, payable Jan. 24, 2011, to stockholders of record on Dec. 31, 2010.
