Temporary Ticker Symbol Change From 'NWMT' to 'NWMTD'

The NewMarket ticker symbol has been temporarily changed to 'NWMTD.' NewMarket is a fully-reporting public company current in its required public filings. The Company recently executed a 1 for 200 reverse split. The ticker symbol has had a 'D' appended to the end for 20 business days to indicate the recent reverse split. Below is an excerpt from Mr. Noller's presentation today:

"...we have a plan to head to a New York Stock Exchange or Nasdaq... In the meantime, go and take a listen to our recent 'OTC (BB) Factor' presentation... It's a compilation of our founder's lessons learned in regard to OTC investing and worth your time to hear if you are someone looking for a return on an OTC investment."

Euronext New York Stock Exchange and Dividend Strategy

Mr. Noller highlights the Company's 2011 plans for a national exchange listing and dividends:

"... we plan to move China Crescent's and NewMarket's other systems integration operations on to the Euronext New York Stock Exchange platform and at the same time, execute a spinoff distribution of China Crescent's non-systems integration operations.

"NewMarket founders and management have not at all moved away from the idea of creating dividend opportunities for long-term shareholders, but otherwise improved the Company's potential to deliver on the dividend vision."
