Peopleclick Authoria Promotes Thomas Tisdale to SVP Sales

Company Strategically Unites Vendor Management and Talent Management Solutions to Address Emerging Client Employee Engagement Initiatives Worldwide

RALEIGH, NC and WALTHAM, MA--(Marketwire - April 7, 2011) - Peopleclick Authoria, currently serving nearly sixty percent of the Fortune 100 with best-of-breed suite solutions for Talent Management, Vendor Management and Workforce Compliance and Diversity, today announced the promotion of Thomas Tisdale. Tisdale, who served as Vice President and General Manager of the Vendor Management Solutions (VMS) business, will retain responsibility for VMS and become Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Sales for North America. This promotion aligns the Contingent Labor and Vendor Management Solutions with Peopleclick Authoria's Talent Management Suite.

"The scope of managing Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives extends beyond the employee population and includes the contingent workforce, and, today, companies seek solutions that will enable them to manage the total workforce to ensure that it is aligned to strategic goals," said Charles S. Jones, Chairman and CEO of Peopleclick Authoria. "With a deep understanding of Contingent Labor and Talent Management Systems, and with a successful tenure in the HCM marketplace, Tom has an exceptional ability to execute our Total Workforce Management strategy and has accomplished a 21% year-over-year growth rate in the business. I am very pleased to be able to promote a proven and driven leader within Peopleclick Authoria."

During his 14-year tenure at Peopleclick Authoria, Tisdale has held a wide range of sales management positions, delivering significant growth throughout the organization. An early member of Peopleclick Authoria's founding team, Tisdale has made strong contributions to the business, most recently, as the General Manager of the VMS business. He has helped drive the strategic expansion of the products, the customer base and the business.

Commenting on his new role, Tisdale said, "Talent Management is no longer about automating a specific recruiting or performance process; it is about the company's ability to improve human capital and the social collaboration, professional motivations and personal aspirations of an individual to contribute and engage at the highest levels within the organization. This is when both the organization and the individual can maximize productivity and opportunity. With the acquisition of Aquire, announced earlier this week, and with the vision of the Peopleclick Authoria product team, we are executing a broad Talent Management suite solution that is precisely aligned with the changing demands of the emerging talent pool and the companies they support. This is an incredibly exciting time to be bringing our unique suite of solutions to the marketplace."

Prior to joining Peopleclick Authoria, Tisdale held various sales positions at Seagate Software, Wall Data, Information Builders and Accenture (Andersen Consulting). He received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
