Sunshine Village Ski & Snowboard Resort: Early Bird Pass Sale on Two More Weeks

BANFF, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 2, 2011) - The best price of the year on season passes is still available to loyal Sunshine Village Ski and Snowboard Resort fans. Thanks to popular demand, the 2011-12 Early Bird season pass sale has been extended until June 15.

That means skiers and riders who missed the May 31 deadline at Sunshine Village and still want to get a jump on next season's best snow at the best possible price have a few more days to do so.

"Season pass sales have been very strong this year," says Doug Firby, associate director of communications for Sunshine Village. "We want to make skiers and riders get in on these great prices."

Until June 15, skiers and riders can pop into Sunshine Village's Snow Central in Calgary at 1037 11th Ave. S.W., visit SKIBANFF.COM, the Ski Hub in Banff, or call 1-87-SKI-BANFF (1-877-542-2633) to pick up a pass for the 2011-12 season.

Early Bird prices are frozen at last year's level. Adult passes are just $659 and midweek, student, senior and youth passes, just $499. All this for a projected 194 days on Canada's Best Snow.

The 2011-12 season is expected to kick off Nov. 10, 2011, and runs through the end of May, weather permitting.
