In her new role, Tracey will lead SMTC's regional sales development efforts and drive new business opportunities on the West Coast. She will also be responsible for ensuring the company is well positioned within the region to anticipate and meet the changing business needs of customers in the various markets they serve.

Tracey possesses many years of experience in sales and business development within the electronic manufacturing services industry. During her career she has greatly contributed to innovative sales techniques and winning strategies in order to enhance and improve both business development and sales growth opportunities. Prior to joining SMTC, Tracey held similar roles within the EMS Industry where her solid background knowledge of end-to-end solutions, passion and vision for customer success gained her respect and credibility throughout the Sun Valley technology community.
