With 33 floors, over 1000 guest rooms, and 104,000 square feet of convention space, the JW Marriott Indianapolis is the premier convention center hotel in the Midwestern U.S. It is using Mitel as the foundation for its pure IP voice infrastructure covering every room and meeting area.

White Lodging selected Mitel Communications Director, along with multiple models of advanced IP phones for the JW Marriott Indianapolis deployment. Working with Design Communications, Inc. (DCI), a premier provider of telecommunications systems and services for over 20 years, Mitel worked with White Lodging to install the system, including advanced features such as contact center functionality, in-building mobility and more. The joint Mitel/DCI deployment has also allowed for future capabilities to be added, including SIP trunking and applications for guest services.
