HR Visionary John Boudreau and Gartner's Jim Holincheck to Keynote 14th Annual HR Technology(R) Conference & Expo

Industry Thought Leaders to Discuss Transformative Impact of HR Technology on Current and Future Business Strategies

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL--(Marketwire - Jul 6, 2011) - Human Resource Executive® recently announced the keynote presentations for the 14th Annual HR Technology® Conference and Exposition, October 3-5, 2011, at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

The opening keynote, "Transformative HR: How Your Organization Can Use Evidence-Based Change," will be delivered by John Boudreau, Professor at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and Research Director for its Center for Effective Organizations (CEO). Boudreau will discuss the transformative effect technology has had and will continue to have on HR professionals in how they communicate, collaborate and implement strategies for reaching business goals.

Boudreau, author of four books, including the forthcoming Transformative HR (Wiley), co-authored with Ravin Jesuthasan of Towers Watson, will kick off the conference with five proven principles for bringing about "evidence-based change." Drawing from original research at the CEO, plus case studies, attendees will learn new ways to leverage decision-support tools and analytics to drive value in their own organizations.

Gartner's Managing VP of Finance, HCM and Procurement, Jim Holincheck, will close the conference with "Face-Linked 2020: The Social Network Changes Talent Management," a session exploring the organizational, technological and informational changes that lie ahead for HR in our increasingly networked and interconnected world.

Holincheck will take attendees on an exciting journey to the future where he will explore a potentially game-changing scenario in which all social networks merge into one called Face-Linked, with more than five billion members in 180 countries. His session will delve into the challenges and opportunities that apply to an increasingly networked world and the possibility of changing everything -- including HR and talent management.

"We are delighted to have the leading HR academic of his generation and perhaps our industry's most powerful influencer come together to bracket an amazing line-up of the industry's most respected practitioners and thought leaders presenting this year," said Bill Kutik, Technology Columnist, Human Resource Executive® magazine and Co-Chairman, HR Technology® Conference & Exposition.

"The HR Technology Conference is one of HR's most important yearly events because it offers objective educational content, the world's largest exposition of vendors, and every important consultant, analyst, blogger and influencer in attendance. People hear directly from HR professionals offering them actionable insight that they can put to work the moment they get back to the office.

"This conference is the annual town meeting of everyone who cares about HR technology and wants to be part of the debate and dialogue shaping industry trends and future developments in HR technology."

The conference has a high percentage of repeat attendees, who come back year after year to network with their peers, view the latest innovations and meet with industry analysts. This year's event will focus on three critical areas: Talent Management, Social and Mobile and Workforce Analytics and Planning. Among the conference's new features are the Candidate Experience Awards, which recognize companies that are delivering outstanding talent acquisition experiences to their job applicants. During the conference, the winners of the Candidate Experience Awards will be announced, along with the recipients of the Human Resource Executive® Top HR Products of 2011 awards.

A pre-early bird discount is available for everyone who registers before August 1, 2011. Visit the HR Technology Conference® registration page to take advantage of this offer.
