Aspire Announces Acquisition to Enter Automobile Security Market in China Utilizing GPS Technology


TORONTO, July 11, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aspire International Inc. (Pink Sheets:APIT) today announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a company offering automobile security monitoring services in China utilizing GPS technology.

Jiangmen Security Officer Car Alarm Co. Ltd. is a security monitoring company providing automobile tracking, monitoring and other value added services. As China has become the number one automobile sales market in the world, the problem of theft and stolen vehicles has also grown significantly.
