Delisting of Securities of Nile Therapeutics, Inc., Tidelands Bancshares, Inc., China Agritech, Inc., Cavico Corp., and Converted Organics Inc. From The NASDAQ Stock Market


NEW YORK, July 12, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock and warrant of Nile Therapeutics, Inc. Nile Therapeutics, Inc.'s stock was suspended on May 12, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time. 

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Tidelands Bancshares, Inc. Tidelands Bancshares, Inc.'s stock was suspended on June 27, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of China Agritech, Inc. China Agritech, Inc.'s stock was suspended on May 20, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Cavico Corp. Cavico Corp.'s stock was suspended on July 06, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the common stock, warrant Class B, and warrant Class H of Converted Organics Inc. Converted Organics Inc.'s stock was suspended on July 07, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
