Former Attorneys Increased Market Share in the Corporate Restructuring and Class Action Service Markets

As VP of Business Development for KCC's corporate restructuring services, Ben leads client engagement initiatives to solidify the firm's market leadership position in claims and noticing services for Chapter 11 case administration. Over the last year, Ben has established new client relationships, developed differentiated regional market strategies and upheld KCC's reputation as a highly-responsive and flexible partner for legal and financial professionals involved in corporate restructurings.

As VP of Business Development for KCC's class action services, Patrick oversees the growing business development team of class action experts located throughout the country. He has developed strategic initiatives to build upon KCC's increasing market share in class action settlement administration. In addition, he leads the firm's efforts to expand its brand recognition, and contribute substantive value to the class action settlement administration process.

Patrick was an associate in the Los Angeles office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Field LLP where he handled complex litigation and bankruptcy matters.
