Philadelphia Luxury Hotel Offers a "Treat Yourself" In-Room Happy Hour Menu

Choose From Philly Soda & Soft Pretzels, Wine & Cheese, Milk & Cookies and More, and Have the Perfect Pick-Me-Up Waiting at the End of the Day

PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwire - Aug 10, 2011) - Thanks to General Manager Bill Walsh, guests of the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, one of the premier luxury hotels in Philadelphia, can now come back to their room after a long day of business meetings or sightseeing and have a tasty treat waiting for them.

According to Mr. Walsh, who came up with the idea of the "Treat Yourself" snack menu, "Since the majority of our clientele are business people who are in meetings all day and vacationers touring the many sites in Philadelphia, I thought it would be nice to provide them with an in-room happy hour as a nice way to relax when they returned to their room each day."

At this Center City Philadelphia hotel, a "Treat Yourself" menu is provided in each guest room and offers a choice of five different snack options including: Philly Soda & Soft Pretzels; Wine & Cheese; Milk, Cookies & Candy; Beer & Nuts; or Bottled Water, Trail Mix & Granola.

All guests need to do is check off their snack choice, along with the time they want it delivered (4 p.m. to 11 p.m.) and drop it off at the Front Desk. When they return in the afternoon or evening they can relax with a delicious treat. Each of the Treat Yourself options is priced at only $15 including tax and gratuity.
