Expesite receives Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies recognition for fifth consecutive year

Columbus, OH, Aug. 29, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Expesite, a leading cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) provider headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, today announced its inclusion on Inc. Magazine’s 2011 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing privately held companies. This year represents the fifth consecutive year Expesite has been named on this prestigious compendium of the fastest growing entrepreneurial businesses in America. Only a handful of companies enjoy the honor of being named to the list for five straight years.

"It is a great honor for Expesite to be included on the short list of iconic companies that have appeared on the Inc. 5000 list multiple times," said Jeff Sopp, CEO of Expesite. "We attribute our continued success to a strategic growth plan based on growing organically, hiring the best people in our industry, and continuing our focus on client satisfaction."

Since being named to the Inc. 5000 list in 2010, Expesite has acquired VisionFM, a Canadian-based facilities and asset management software company. This acquisition was instrumental in allowing Expesite to expand its core product offering: a collaborative software platform for real estate development, construction, and facilities management. The acquisition spurred the rebranding of Expesite products as the suite of Vision products and led to the opening of the company’s office in Toronto, Canada. During the past year, Expesite also opened an office in Los Angeles, California.

"It’s been an exciting year of growth, and it puts Expesite in a position to expand our reach and market share globally," said Sopp. "We currently have the financial strength, the market presence, the people, and the right suite of products in place to support leading large-scale organizations around the world."

The suite of Vision products is designed to maximize the value of each client’s global real estate assets, locations, and facilities. With the full suite of Vision products, a company can manage every aspect of its real estate portfolio, construction projects, ongoing leases, facilities, equipment, and assets.

"We look forward to continuing to invest in the technologies and companies that complement and enhance our expanding Vision products, allowing us to create an end to end solution for real estate development and facilities management. It’s our hope to be a part of the Inc. 5000 list once again in 2012," said Sopp.
