St. John's Hospital Celebrates 100 Years of Caring


MAPLEWOOD, MN--(Marketwire - Sep 1, 2011) - You're invited to celebrate St. John's Hospital centennial anniversary! Come join in the celebration and fun! Those born at St. John's Hospital, along with babies born during the month of September, will receive a special centennial gift. Come and enjoy a great waffle breakfast and support a good cause during the open house in the morning and free refreshments and ice cream treats during the afternoon. Plus, register to win free door prizes.

  • St. John's Community Open House
    Saturday, Sept. 24, 10 am to 3 pm, St. John's Hospital lobby, 1575 Beam Ave, Maplewood
    St. John's Hospital's free open house will be providing free health screenings and a chance to meet one-on-one with our physicians and specialists. Check out our latest technology during mannequin simulations and try your hand at maneuvering the daVinci, our robotic surgery system. Take some time to learn about our full range of women's health and cancer care.

  • St. Paul Diabetes Lions Club Waffle Breakfast
    Saturday, Sept. 24, 9 am to 12 pm, St. John's Northeast Crossing Cafe', 1575 Beam Ave, Maplewood
    Enjoy a delicious breakfast with your family while supporting diabetes awareness and be inspired by one of Baseball's Hall of Famers, Lou Brock. During this baseball legend's free presentation at 10 am hear what diabetes has meant in his life. You will have an opportunity to meet him and receive his autograph. The cost for the breakfast is $7 for adults and $4 for children with proceeds going towards free community education programs.
