LAS VEGAS, Sept. 26, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Inova Technology (OTCBB:INVA) has released a new Android app (in addition to its existing iPhone app) for lead retrieval through its wholly owned subsidiary, Trakkers. The new apps allow trade show exhibitors to capture contact information of people that visit their booth with an iPhone.
Trakkers, a leading provider of lead retrieval systems to the trade show industry, announced the availability of the tLeads App on the Android and iPhone platforms as part of its SmartMobile Systems. Both apps have been approved by Apple and Google for use through their respective app stores.
Trakkers tLeads App allows for spontaneous touchless deployment and configuration and has built in functions for data security. It is tolerant of no-connectivity environments with robust cloud-based back-end processing systems. The standard qualifiers are included with each installation and more qualifiers can be added or customized by the user. Best of all, SmartMobile actually reads badge barcodes via the smart phone camera – with a manual fallback option.

Inova also recently announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Desert Communications, has been awarded approximately $47 million of contracts. The company receives projects in two stages: The first stage involves being awarded the project and the second stage involves getting approved funding for the project. Projects worth approximately $16 million have already been funded and will be likely completed over the next 12-18 months. The remaining projects will be submitted for funding in the second half of this calendar year. Historically, the majority of the company's projects have been approved for funding. The company will provide updates as additional projects are funded.
