on 04 November 2011 that the percentage of shares and voting rights in
Teleplan International N.V., Schiphol, the Netherlands, ISIN: NL0000229458,
WKN: 916980, held by Gilde IV Management B.V., Utrecht, the Netherlands, as
of 03 November 2011 exceeded the threshold of 95% and on that date amounted
to 95.00% (this corresponds to 57,511,770 shares and voting rights).
According to further information these shares and voting rights were held
by Gilde IV Management B.V. indirectly through AMS Acquisition B.V.
