Employers Group solicited feedback from healthcare organizations across the country to provide a snapshot of the current state of executive benefits in the healthcare industry.
"The healthcare industry is one of the most dynamic in the country, even through the recession. It represents 6,500 hospitals and $700 billion in annual revenue. Of note, no participants have a mandatory retirement age policy, 22 percent offered a profit sharing plan and benefits offered are generally 2-3 times the employee's salary.
