Kenexa Appoints New Managing Director in New Zealand

Sanchia Yonge to Leverage Employee Culture and Engagement Expertise in Leadership Role


AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND--(Marketwire - Nov 22, 2011) - Kenexa (NYSE: KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today announced that Sanchia Yonge has been named Managing Director for its JRA (John Robertson & Associates) operation in New Zealand. In this capacity, she assumes the leadership role with responsibility for revenue growth, consulting services and customer satisfaction.

Yonge has worked in a wide range of roles in New Zealand and the U.S., holding positions in operations, strategy and business development. Prior to joining Kenexa, Yonge was on the global management team of Great Place to Work® Institute, a research and management consultancy that produces the list of FORTUNE magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work for" list. In this role, she was instrumental in the expansion of the program, which now produces lists in more than 40 countries.
