CLEARWATER, Fla., Dec. 22, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Infusion Brands International, Inc. (INBI), including its European subsidiary Home-Shopping-Express SA, and Twinblade Technologies Holding Sweden AB have, as of December 12, 2011, entered into an agreement whereby Twinblade granted Infusion Brands a worldwide exclusive license to manufacture and sell products that incorporate their Twinblade Technology which are intended for the consumer do-it-yourself (DIY) and professional construction market. Twinblade and Infusion Brands are also committed to support each other to actively pursue any infringements on the Twinblade Technology.
