Listing of the Shares of Khalkos on the TSX Venture Exchange

KHALKOS EXPLORATION INC. ("Khalkos"), a company that focuses in the mining exploration in Northern Quebec, is pleased to announce that it currently expects that its common shares will begin to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange on January 23, 2012, under the symbol "KAS".

A total of 18,052,576 common shares of Khalkos are presently issued and outstanding, following the completion by Khalkos of its initial public offering for an amount of $1,547,502 and the acquisition by Khalkos, through the issuance of 1,500,000 common shares, of the remaining 50% interest in each of the Murdoch and Pontax-Lithium properties. Sirios Resources Inc. ("Sirios"), the largest shareholder of Khalkos, has announced today by press release that it will distribute to its shareholders on January 27, 2012 a total of 6,086,338 common shares of Khalkos. Following such distribution, Sirios will hold 5,393,931 common shares of Khalkos, being 29.88% of the issued and outstanding shares.

Khalkos also confirms that, following the terms of its final prospectus dated December 7, 2011, a total of 900,000 options were issued on December 29, 2011 to its directors and officers, as follows: Dominique Doucet and Frederic Sahyouni, 250,000 options each and René Lacroix and Gilles Dupuis, 200,000 options each. The exercise price of those options is $0.22, with an expiration date on December 29, 2016.
