Wintrust Financial Corporation Announces Semi-Annual Dividend


LAKE FOREST, Ill., Jan. 26, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wintrust Financial Corporation ("Wintrust" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:WTFC) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors approved a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.09 per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on February 23, 2012 to shareholders of record as of February 9, 2012. This cash dividend is the same as the per share common stock dividend paid in August of 2011.
