Jeitosa Announces Its Continued Global Expansion

Jeitosa's Geographical Expansion Enables Broader Global and Local In-Country Support, Helping Customers Better Achieve Their Global HR/Payroll Technology Objectives

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 7, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jeitosa Group International, a global strategy and technology deployment firm, announced today the opening of its offices in Southampton, United Kingdom to provide consultancy services for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Martin Stockton, former Vice President of Business Development for Patersons Global Payroll and Director with TPI Eurosourcing, has been appointed Director of Jeitosa's Business Development for EMEA.

"We are thrilled to have Martin join our growing team in EMEA, bringing his wealth of experience with global HR and payroll strategies and systems deployment," says Christian Adlung, Senior Vice President for Jeitosa's EMEA business. Jeitosa's EMEA team will focus on global HR/Payroll systems strategy and deployment, an expansion of its partnership with Workday, recently recognized as the leading global HCM provider by Forrester Research.

In addition, long-time Jeitosa associate, Ian Turnbull, Director for the Canadian Privacy Institute and Former Chair of the Canadian Council of Human Resource Associations, will take on an expanded role, as Jeitosa's Vice President of Canada and US Central Region. "Ian's in-depth and hands-on experience with both global and local HR issues from strategy formulation and data privacy to systems deployment will be a great asset to the firm, particularly to our Canadian customers," says Steve Parker, Senior Vice President for Jeitosa's North American business.

Jeitosa's reputation as the "global go-to firm" for the HR/Payroll technology industry is supported by the firm's research arm which conducts an annual survey called "Going Global" that assesses the global evolution of HR/Payroll strategies, organizations, people, processes, and technologies. For the fourth year in a row, this year's survey showed a steady increase in organizations adopting global technology in the HR/Payroll space, an average increase over the last four years of 37% across all global technologies tracked. "The goal of our own global expansion is to enable our clients to be effective in this clear globalization trend, enhancing our support for their global and local HR technology and strategic planning needs," says Karen Beaman, CEO, Founder, and Global Strategic Advisor for Jeitosa.
