UVMF Proposes $1.5 Billion Dollar Digital Tablet Deal to Pearson Education and the Obama Administration

The Initiative Will Help Lower Education Cost and Help Save the Environment

NEW YORK, Feb. 27, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- United Vision Marketing Firm (UVMF) announces today that they have been developing an idea for a digital tablet that is designed to come pre-loaded with text book content from Pearson Education and in house apps developed by United Vision Marketing Firm for child obesity, financial literacy and entrepreneurship. The social and economic firm reached out to key contacts in both Pearson Education and the Obama Administration to gain support in helping bring the new product and content to market.

If terms are reached, the deal could be worth around $1.5 Billion dollars for United Vision Marketing Firm. The possible name of the new digital tablet will be the PET, short for Pearson Education Tablet. Insiders from UVMF say, "The inspiration came from President Obama stating in several speeches how Democrats and Republicans should come together on education reform."

The Pearson Education Tablet will do just that by using technology to drive down cost and to empower students to successfully move into the future. The team at UVMF says they are confident that this kind of initiative will bring Americans together.

The device will help students continue to stay engaged by using interactive applications to learn and not just come with a lot of gaming and entertainment. The device will also lower cost of text books for students while helping save our environment.

Building the device to download education curriculum is very timely as Pearson Education has already launched an initiative using Mark Logic as the core technology to making their content agile to move across many digital tablet platforms.

The owners of the UVMF, Dr. Nono C. Pearson, CEO, and Rufus Pearson Jr., Chairman of the firm, has assembled a stellar creative and technology team for the project. Top talent from Odesk and The UVMF online Unity Community is working overtime to develop a working model using the Android open source software system and a content API key from Pearson. The tablet is designed to cost under a $100.00 per unit so that state school budgets and higher education organizations can have them available for all students to use.

"Getting this deal done is very personal to me. I was once an at risk youth, diagnosed with ADHD and a high school dropout. I finally woke up and realized that my teachers cared enough about me to tell me where I was going wrong and how to correct my actions. Because they spoke to the King in me, my life has changed dramatically. I am far from perfect but I feel that I am now in a better position to help teachers by being a positive role model for students. The students can never say that I don't know what they are going through. Plus it doesn't hurt to be a Pearson when attempting to help reform education. I guess you can say it's in the DNA," says Dr. Nono C. Pearson President/CEO of United Vision Marketing Firm.

The tablet could have its first demonstration release as early as July 14th, 2012 at the Million Youth Peace March, which will be held at the Capital in Washington D.C.
