Success of the private placement by Air France of 7.5 % of Amadeus

Air France-KLM announces the successful completion of the private placement by Air France of 33,6 million shares of Amadeus IT Holding S.A., representing 7.5 % of the share capital of the company. The net proceeds from the transaction amounts to €467 millions.
Following this placement, Air France retains 7.72 % of Amadeus IT Holding S.A.
Rothschild has acted as adviser of Air France-KLM. The placement was managed by Goldman Sachs International and Santander.
Air France, as well as Iberia and Lufthansa, which hold respectively 7.50 % and 7.61 % of the share capital of Amadeus IT Holding S.A., have each agreed to a 90-day lock-up.
