Having launched its original Web site in 1999, the goal of this "refresh" was to deliver a brighter, more vibrant design that made it easier and more fun for customers to discover One Step Ahead's wide array of hard-to-find baby and children's products.
The site has larger, higher-resolution images and faster-loading videos that make it much easier to discover and learn about products. Instant zoom on all product images lets customers see every detail before they buy. 360-degree panning gives customers a view from all sides on products such as costumes and other clothing. Font sizes were also increased to make text easier to read and an overall wider page allows more material to be shown "above the fold," meaning less scrolling up and down is needed while shopping.
