This ensures that the network will work as intended when actually deployed in the field.

The Fiber Lab 3200 is a 19" rack-mounted optical fiber management package that can be customized with virtually any fiber type or mix, including lengths, splices, and connectors to precisely match a physical network's specifications. Capable of simulating an optical network to 120km, it eliminates fiber and connector damage and yields fully repeatable results.

Built to customer requirements, the Fiber Lab 3200 holds up to four lengths and lets network developers emulate a physical network exactly in their laboratory to ensure that the systems will work as intended when deployed in the field. Applications include product development and certification, long distance network simulation, latency testing, delay testing, and training.
