ALDATA SOLUTION OYJ: CHANGE IN CORPORATE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Aldata Solution Oyj has appointed Michael Todd Sanders as the Company's new
Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Corporate Management Team. Todd
Sanders reports to CEO Roy Simrell.

Former CFO Graham Howell will remain with the Company as Senior Vice President
of Finance for EMEA. Graham Howell will report to Mr. Sanders and becomes a
member of the Management Council.
