REVENIO GROUP APPLIES FOR LISTING OF THE 2007C STOCK OPTIONS
Revenio Group Corporation has decided to apply for listing of its stock options marked with the letter C, complying with its 2007 option scheme, on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki, as of 2 May 2012 approximately.
The option scheme comprises a total of 1,000,000 series C option rights, entitling subscription of a maximum of 1,000,000 Revenio Group Corporation shares.
The subscription period for series C option rights is May 1, 2012-May 1, 2016. The entire share subscription price will be entered in the invested unrestricted equity reserve.
Each series C option right entitles to subscribe for one (1) Revenio Group Corporation share. The current subscription price of EUR 0.26 per share corresponds to the trade-weighted average share price of Revenio Group Corporation on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki during November 1-November 30, 2010. The subscription price will be reduced after the period determining the subscription price has commenced, by the number of dividends set before the share subscription, on the record date of each dividend payment.
