Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® uses participating contractors accredited by BPI to deliver the next generation of energy-efficient services to one to four family homes. Participating contractors can provide New Yorkers with access to a free or reduced cost comprehensive home assessment, installation services, and low-interest financing.  Contractors can also take advantage of training, financing, energy audits, and workforce development opportunities made available through the Green Jobs-Green NY Act of 2009.
