HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - May 2, 2012) - Potbelly Sandwich Shop will be opening in the Sterling Fry Street apartments near UNT development. Potbelly Sandwich Shop will be located at Fry and Hickory streets, explained Brian Dinerstein, the executive vice president of development at The Dinerstein Companies.
Potbelly Sandwich Shop is the very first retailer to announce their plans to move into the multi-story complex. Brian Dinerstein also noted that other restaurants will likely take up the available retail spaces around the development. Sterling Fry Street will feature 194 apartment units, all with 614 beds and six retail locations to come. Sterling Fry Street's retail locations are projected to open by August 2012 and/or by the start of the fall semester at the University of North Texas.
Potbelly Sandwich Shop will offer Sterling Fry Street residents sandwiches, soups, salads, catering and vegetarian fare. Prices range from four to six dollars. "Skinnys," which are sandwiches on the smaller side, are priced at four dollars. Potbelly Sandwich Shop will also offer a variety of sides, shakes, malts, smoothies and drinks, making life at Sterling Fry Street convenient and stress-free.
Students searching for off-campus apartments near UNT will love the convenience of the Sterling Fry Street location. Sterling Fry Street's new mid-rise apartments are also located across the street from the UNT campus in an area with a long-held college hang-out prestige. Sterling's apartments in Denton, TX near UNT are available for pre-leasing now for Fall 2012.
