MMRGlobal Signs Reseller Agreements With Patient-Advocate.com and Premier Health Advocates Under Rapid Revenue Program

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - May 14, 2012) - MMRGlobal, Inc. (OTCBB: MMRF) ("MMR"), today announced that it had signed reseller agreements with two nationally known Patient Advocate Organizations: Premier Health Advocates and Patient-Advocate.com. The reseller agreements are already generating revenue from sales of the Company's MyMedicalRecords Personal Health Record (PHR) under its recently announced Rapid Revenue Program. The agreements follow the Company's recent entrance into the Patient Advocate, Home Health and Senior Care channels following its participation at the Visiting Nurse Associations of America Annual Meeting in Phoenix earlier this month.

Within days of signing of the reseller agreements, the Company began generating immediate revenue from patients signed up by the resellers at $99.95 per year. MMR also disclosed that patients signed up for a MyMedicalRecords PHR account under the Patient Advocate reseller program used the product much more than those who enroll directly online or through employee benefit and affinity membership programs. While MMR does not have access to any health information in the PHRs, it can see the amount of storage used by these accounts is ten times higher than for other patients, noting hundreds of records being faxed into accounts during the set-up period alone. The Company also noted that these results continue to validate its paid subscription model and demonstrate that once a patient gets involved in using an account it tends to become an integral part of their lifestyle.
