Sidetrade : Modification of the liquidity contract - 200 000 euros added

Under the liquidity contract between Sidetrade Group and Gilbert Dupont, 200 000 euros were added the 25th May 2012.

On 31th December 2011, the following resources were allocated to the liquidity account:

  • 2,897 shares
  • €127,659.89 in cash
